Well Kingsbury surgery is officially shite!! Got a swollen bitten foot, pitted oedema!! Told work Im off to open surgery but we are very short so I come in to do my first bit!! Im taken off the road but I opt instead to use this marvellous system of RING ON THE DAY APT!! so I dont have to go back home to come back for a few hours... As you also never know how long your in there for... I rang at 0824 thinking that they open at 8.30.... Got straight through ( a miracle ) and not one apt available!! All gone but you can come to open surgery. Fuming I rang back to make an apt instead the next available apt is the 18th September!! I have been taken off the road to call them, I now cant go as I am due back to drive shortly. I cant ring on the day as I cant stop the bus in service as my passengers wont like it. And I cant be seen for another 16 days!! And she denied that anyone sits in the surgery for more than 3 hours!! What a wonderful doctors we have....
