Well. Matt and I are back at the juicing to lose again. My breakfast is on the left - spinach/kale/chard blend, banana, almonds and fresh pineapple. On the right is a juicer juice - beet, sweet potato, carrots, celery, pineapple, lemon, romaine, apples. We are planning to juice thru the day and eat a sensible dinner - mostly vegetables and a small portion of meat. We will also have cheat day Sunday.
