Well Mom is just getting in the shower so I have some extra time to kill before we venture out in to the world to run some errands.... I think since we are going to a party later on this evening that dinner will be an easy one... Blackened grilled chicken breast,cornbread stuffing and seasoned butter beans with some nice warm buttermilk bisquits. This along with Southern sugar pie should just about do it :) Plus appetizers and cake n ice cream at the party.......Lordy am I ever going to go to bed stuffed like a litlle piggy. Today I am missing my North and South Carolina friends David Crosby, Suzanne Hartness, Trish Connell and Theresa Campana. I wish I was there right now so we could all get together at Lupes in Charlotte for lunch....Then go off to Freedom dr. for some Thrift store shopping at Value vlg. Think I am goint to have to talk to Lenny about making another trip down to Wilmington Bch. and Charlotte North Carolina soon :) Oh and while there a trip to Ashville to go to Biltmore estate.......Yeah its time we plan another road trip :) xoxoxoxo
