Well Scott Clark after the amazing Risotto at Chianti Ristorante on Sat., I decided to try my luck with Gorgonzola and Wild Mushroom Risotto. It came out outstanding!!! I accompanied it with a Spring salad topped with blue cheese, diced Pancetta and a nice vinaigrette and served rosemary ciabatta bread with a carmalized onion, cranberry, garlic and goat cheese spread I made and topped it with fresh basil. Yummmy yum yum!!!! Thanks for Sat. again. Love you lots. Once I get this Risotto thing down pat I will invite you for dinner.....
