Well Sorry to say that did not go well and lost, he kept banging - TopicsExpress

Well Sorry to say that did not go well and lost, he kept banging on about why I did not Appeal sooner he seemed uninterested in anything else he got to the point where I had mental lock and could not focus. The tribunal had DWPs short submission which contained more errors but he was not interested that I never was sent a copy and said the case law did not apply to me which I refuted I got the grasp like many others he could not relate to my mental health and how it impacts me. DWP did not show and my appeal was running an hour late due to a case before it. The decision is attached for you to chew over but I am now thinking of appealing to the higher court as I believe he made errors himself and did not apply the full weight of the argument I am not giving up here as again it was Justice denied but do think I should make a fresh claim for ESA whilst this is ongoing Is not the end I fight on Judges Decision will be posted shortly
