Well, Stephanie Brady just told me that because of scheduling conflicts, she will not be able to teach class for the next two months. So we are going to change things up just for August and September. In August, I will host a back to school special where we will learn how to make, or maybe even make/assemble quote-unquote kid foods like: Chicken Nuggets, Sliders, Mac-n-Cheese, Uncrustables, Sloppy Joes, Fish Sticks, Bagel Bites, Hot Pockets, etc. Except they will be homemade and we will try to add in fewer red-tier ingredients. Maybe if we have easy meals at the ready during our first busy school month, we can avoid making drive through and processed foods a habit for the school year. In September, I will host a freezer meal swap instead of a class, where you will bring 5 or 6 of your favorite 90/10 freezer meal, already made, and so will everyone else, and we will swap them. (like a cookie exchange except for frozen dinners) I will create events for each of these, so if youre interested in either or both, please comment below and let me know which one(s), and Ill add you to the event page so you can be kept up to date when we get details.
