Well Sue Ross not much better today, visit by respiratory team , another chest xray, oxygen @ 5 litres still only giving her a saturation of 92-93 % so oxygen needs have gone up, temp of 39 this afternoon , so more blood cultures, a sputum culture and MSU collected (urine ).She had a lovely visit from friends Jane Crosbie and Maree who she trained with at Wallsend Hospital, this cheered her up. Still not eating , having anti emetics (for nausea and vomiting ) , her hair was falling out in clumps so we chopped it off and shaved her head, now wearing her lovely turban. I have FONT training day tomorrow so Garry going to visit and sit with her for company, hope tomorrow sees some improvement , fingers crossed .
