Well.. The appointment I have been waiting for came and went. . Unfortunately there is no good news. . I went and had testing done on my eyes and ears last week and today I went to see the ENT dr.. The test results were that my hearing is perfect...awesome! My eyes are perfect... again awesome! They performed a special test on me that really sucked.. they stick a tube in your ears and shoot high pressure water in for about 30 sec. First its cold water then its hot water. Its not a fun test to say the least. . Anyway the result of that test is where they found the issue. I showed weakness in both ears.. I explained what I am experiencing and before I could finish he knew exactly what I was going through and what the cause was. I never once told him what I was taking or what I thought was the cause. . He asked if I was taking a certain antibiotic of course it was the one I was on.. well the bad news is that it caused permanent damage to my inner ear. It killed the hair cells that control balance and these cells will not regenerate. . I will have to go through extensive rehab to maybe and only maybe regain my balance again. . Most people never regain it.. next time I will listen to myself and my body and not some idiot Dr or anybody else for that matter.. I told everyone I was experiencing these issues from the start and no one listened. . And now Im stuck with permanent damage. . Im going to try like hell to beat the unbeatable. . Until then its going to be rough.. Wish me luck!
