Well... This is my first Thanksgiving back in Iowa in 30 years. Thanksgiving isnt my favorite holiday, heck Im not much into holidays at all. I spent more of them in nasty little third world counties then I have with family. So, the bread and pies are baked, thanks Heidi Tousignant and Ariana Wilson.... The boys, Alexander Wilson, Julius-caesar Wilson , Abraham Wilson and even Franklin helped straighten up the house.... Mother Nature dropped some white crap all over the lawn to keep me from riding.... And Ive now taken a good does of tradadone and citralipram courtesy of the VA. Hopefully, I make it through this one and can look forward to a bigger one next year and bring in even more of the family. Yeah, Im trying to re-connect and hopefully, there will be no anxiety attacks or flashbacks today. Folks be Thankful not just this day, but everyday. There are those who have no family, no house, no elaborate meal.... All the things we tend to complain about, we at least have something. Gas is too expensive, well at least you have a car.... My power bill is too high, well at least you have a house.... My sister is a pain in the ass, at least you have a family.... Perspective. So be thankful for all you do have. Learn to be understanding, so you can understand other and be understood. Learn to forgive, so you too may be forgiven. Learn to love, so you too may be loved. And learn to be thankful, not for what you have, but simply because you are. Happy Thanksgiving from the Tousignant-Wilson Clan.
