Well..... Torqued my back last week while moving things into the new place. Pretty sore for a few days, but today it was easier getting up and down and in and out of bed. Went to Kens for dinner and by the time we were done, my right leg was numb from the hip to the knee with terrible pain in my lower right back. Just leaving the ER and CAT scan shows a herniated disc. Waiting in pharmacy for meds then home to stay in bed for next few days til I can get in to my doc. As long as Im good to drive a U-Haul next weekend, Ill be good :/
