Well Well Mr. president, I salute you for the tough actions you make every time a crisis occurs. For surely one of the ways of helping the economy of this country is by pay cut: on salaries, tenders, reduction of MPs and MP salaries. But about civil servant retrenchment I say NO NO and NO.why even if there to be reduced the issue is from which Job group. The truth it,and has been the tradition here in Kenya that always the lowest job group are the victims of retrenchment.NB take for example civil servants who get salary of 25,000Ksh per month (miss X) vases civil servant who gets 1 25,000Ksh per month(Mr. Y) Consider an equation/formula of 1 is to 1(one is to one)both are taken out from job maybe by sacking or early retirement. The issue is this one of high pay ( Mr. Y)will find another job for himself or begin self employment since, he maybe an expert in in the field business. while (miss X ) may not have any experience in the field of income generating activities. If the Senate the Governor are left to remain it will be a good Health for the country for the feature generation. But this duplicating of staff by the National Government and the county government should not exist. Should there be MINISTERS in the county government. There should be Reduction in the side of allowances, Government officers Trips. Government should invest in agriculture in the horticulture sector and on Livestock group ranching and many more. In security; luck of goodwill by the security personnel is a major cause for the in security here in the county. May almighty God give you long life and good governance plus wisdom for leadership. Blessed Monday Daniel,Mombasa Kenya.
