Well a follow up to my rants this week, Geoff sent an email to someone above my investigator to see what is going on and voiced our concerns with the lack of communication and that she has NEVER returned my phone calls. He expressed that we have never had to deal with the law enforcement (Thank God) but still feel we were not being treated fairly. The investigator herself told me HE no longer was employed at Massage Heights, and that was a lie as we found out Wed. he is STILL doing massages their. He must be awful popular if Massage Heights has not let him go yet even though he admitted to inappropriately touching me what a liability and risk he is to have their. But what makes me very angry is that when I asked the women investigator, "please tell me he does not have my personal info that he was holding in his hand when I left that night". She snapped back at me basically stating that I was questioning her ability as an investigator that shed been doing this for 25 yrs! I said NO I just want to know that he does not have my phone #, address, or my place of employment and her exact words were "he is no longer employed by them"! and again that I have RUINED HIS life, never mind what I have to go thru the next 2 years to make sure I have not contracted anything AND my ins. will not pay for that. How about how this has put a strain in my marriage, Geoff is terrified if he touches me I will have a flashback and we are paying for him to see a Psychologist plus his time away from work! I am just glad Geoff got a return email right away this AM that said they would be contacting us at the very latest early next week. Then Geoff got a call from someone else today stating this email has created buzz in the office, GOOD! It should, so hopefully next week I can meet with my Attorney and the Sheriffs Dept so they know this is NO joke and I will do whatever it takes til he is sitting behind bars!! Thanks for listening, as you can tell Im wound up!!
