Well after 4 failed attempt (I am not the most technically minded person) I finally managed to film myself teaching last Friday. This was the first time I have seen myself teach in ages and once I had taken the cushion away from my face & stopped cringing at the fact that I sound like a fish wife and so need to lose that extra stone and wondering why anyone comes to my classes at all I started to really see it as the brilliant learning tool that it is. I can honestly say that in that hour I learnt sooooo much. Some things I was pleasantly surprised about, some I most definately WAS NOT. But most importantly I learned what I need to build on, do differently, not change and where my strengths and weaknesses lie. I now have a much clearer picture in my head of where I want to be and its just a case of getting there now. If you havent done it recently then it has to be done. I promise you will learn so much. DO IT DO IT DO IT x
