Well after 6 months losing 75lbs We start over from day 1 exercise schedule instead of 2 times a day 3 times a day...Adding Explosive Workout and Afterburn Workout.... Its gonna be a long 24 weeks.... Starting out this morning at 280(weight may vary due to muscle gain or food and water intake) So Follow me Next week I will will be posting 3 meals a day once again just as I did when I first begin... #OPERATIONDROP30 #SWEATHARD
