Well after spending 7 hours at Grantham hospital with our youngest Russ Smith... I can honestly say the NHS is a joke, politicians need to get out of their private hospitals and sit in an A&E department and observe what a dangerously under staffed, lack of beds and facilities disaster it is ..... Time for a party of real people to run this country whilst its still only just a country left worth living in !!!
