Well....all I can saw is WOW...Phil and Jill Lesh (and the band) totally honored Dawn last night. Twice, before and after the show, Phil said that the show was dedicated to Dawn Murray and Rock Scully. When the set list gets published Ill post it and put stars next to all the ones I had e-mailed Jill that Dawn liked...but let me tell you they played practically every one! The WHOLE FIRST SET...song after song after song...it was amazing! After the first set I went and met with Jill and Phil and thanked them....Phil asked So who picked all those songs? and I told him they were Dawns favorite songs...and I dont remember his exact words but he said they all went perfectly together and were so meaningful...which it WAS....it is hard to see that music without her...but last night her memory was honored....there were about 10 of Dawns friends there...some without tickets to a sold out show and Dawn got everyone in! At the end Jill had left an original poster from the night signed by the band for Savannah (and I). How sweet Jill remembered Dawn had a daughter and wanted to give that to her!
