Well another first day of deer season is over, I was sitting having my cup of coffee this first morning when I thought about the many cups of coffee that have been shared around this solid oak kitchen table. If this table could share all the stories it has been involved in. The table is the same table that came here over 89 years ago with the the Becker great great grandparents. The table has been in this same kitchen for 5 generations. As I reflect on all the deer stories I have heard from this kitchen and take it in that with our grandchildren, are the 5 th generation still enjoying the sport and the meals, coffee and hot chocolate, that they too will someday be aware of all the memories this beautiful solid oak kitchen table, with its worn edges, scratches and some marker marks that it makes us the family that we are, strong and loved liked the Solid Oak Kitchen Table.
