Well, another week in the books and all I can say is AWESOME!! I missed Monday due to rain; Tuesday was the coldest day yet and I mean cold; Wednesday was also very cold; Thursday thru today were better weather and not as cold; and we still had an incredible week. It is so cool to talk to all of you and hear your support and kind words. The number one comment and question this week was far and away......when are the burgers coming? I will better know how to answer that question in a week or so but they are coming and I promise you will love them. (Burger pictured below is a double with Cabot of Vermont real white cheddar cheese, no chili ;( I am working on a few new menu items that I know you will love but understand Pauls Daugs & Burgers will be a destination for great burgers and daugs with The Original Pauls Wood-Fired Chili along with a few great side items. I have learned and researched that ultra successful restaurants focus on what they do well and dont try to be everything to everybody. Our menu will be small but exceptional in quality.
