Well as I head Into week two of living in the bush. I have to - TopicsExpress

Well as I head Into week two of living in the bush. I have to admit this past weekend spent in a hotel left me with many emotions and teachings. First off I Denise Larocque who has for the last 22 years or possibly since the blizzard of 1979 (or was it 78?) have hated winter, snow, snowman (ok maybe not snowmen) has Come to admit and come to a realization that a week in the bush has some positives to it. I enjoyed the fresh crisp air. The vitamin D aka sun, I enjoyed being warmed by a fire and the sounds of crackling dry wood as it burned and lulled me too sleep. And waking to the crisp cool spring air that filled my cabin. I loved the energy outside more than that of the one that filled inside my stuffy over headed loud heater hotel room. In the bush I even enjoyed trips to the outhouse because it reminded me of my childhood days at our Grandparents cottage. I even didnt mind when my new white chlorophyll -30 jacket got a little dirty. It excited me knowing that wolfs and lynx were close by and made my trips to the outhouse just before dusk scary adventures that I would dread but knew we all need some excitement in our lifes... dont we?
