Well as most of you know I have been sick or under weather for past week. Well over the last 4 months I have kicked my ass back into gear, now I cant take all the credit, I have to give a lot of it to my brother Bryan. But I can say as of this morning I am not only under 190. But I am now only 6.8 pounds away from the weight I was at when I left Hilton Head. Yeah I am at 178.8. I guess not being able to eat properly has helped. But now that I am back to eating I just have to keep this off.
