Well as we ring in the New Year After a month of celebrating Christmas Cheer The Grinch is pleased to announce the total donations of this wonderful community to the Visalia Rescue Mission Total Barrels were 97. That is a lot of food for those who are choosing Christ to change their lives. Total Cash donations to the Mission were $Ten Thousand Five Hundred Forty Nine and Thirty Eight! The Mission is very grateful for all your support of the Grinch and more importantly that we are helping them change lives! As we move into a new year please remember to try and help someone this year. It only takes a little time to make a difference in someone’s life. Also, please remember to keep those who are struggling in our prayers as prayer really does work. You proved it with your prayers for our Angelika and that was the best present the Grinch could have ever received! Sorry if I miss a few but there were some spectacular people the Grinch met and worked with this year and he would like to mention them as they were a major impact to the gifts given to the Mission this year. Ashton, Sawyer, and Greyson absolutely amazing what you did and ALL the canned food you brought. That had the Grinch grinning from ear to ear. My Friends Batman, The Joker, and Robin. Very kind and caring gentlemen who see the vision that the Grinch has and it truly thankful for their time and efforts! Lolli the Clown who came and did the wonderful face painting. What a treat she was and what a gift to the cause for the Mission. Just a happy very positive outlook on life and we will have her back again! My wonderful Neighbors Joe and Dani who sold hot chocolate and cleaned up each night. Jackie and John our other wonderful neighbors to would go pick up trash until 11:30 each night. Jason, Kathy, Dominic, and Corinne who gave the Grinch the wonderful Cinnamon rolls and helped each night out in front of the house pulling in the barrels and picking up trash. Our Neighbors Stan and Barbra Tabura Ohana were great supporters of the Grinch this year and brought in over $400 the night they had Elsa and Anna who were wonderful and beautiful. Sounds like we have about 5 other houses who want to get sync’d up next year so it truly would be Grinchmas Tree Lane. We would need look at this a little different as it is getting bigger each year From the bottom of my little Green heart I sincerely want to thank you all for your support this year and wish you all the very best in 2015. Just have to ask What would Grinch Do? Finally Jessica Bos, My icing on the cake for the season. She is just so special and so genuinely loving it just brings tears to my eyes. That a child of god with that much talent and love has had a huge impact on the Grinch. Everything about her is genuine and the Grinch is proud to call her his friend!. .
