Well, dang it. Earlier, I saw a really bad storm coming in, so I moved everything off the balcony and got my tornado kit ready (yes, those of you that know me, are all too familiar with that). The storm passed after about an hour. The sun was out, the wind was calm, the sky looked clear. So I put everything back out on the balcony and put my kit away...now...dark skies again, and the wind is picking up. :(
