Well...decided to FINALLY try my hand in cooking steak. (Yes, its my first time. lol) Like, New York Strip Steak and Beef Rib Eye Steak for dinner tonight. I first rubbed both steaks w/a specialized blend of Steak & Chop Rub with lots of herbs and spices. I then fried the top and bottom parts of the steak in a frying pan, then placed both of them onto a cooking tray and covered them with foil in the baking oven. Wanted to make it NOT overdone or too well-done, but yet, not red either. I wanted a bit pink on the insides, so, just right. Heres my final dish after I took it out of the oven. Yaaaaay, I finally did it! I finally know how to cook steak on my own and am not ameteur after all! *pumps fist*
