Well despite a reminder on both the websites home page and on all 4 of the multi-forms pages saying today is the deadline for return of all 4 forms FP13-16 lots of people only filled in FP13! - I have email everyone who has entered FP13 only - if you miss the deadline set in the email then i cannot do anything about it as the spreadsheet will no longer be with me but with Nathan and out of fairness to all those who did hit the deadline I wont accept further forms. If you are a season ticket holder I have some predictions on unnamed forms I will use to ensure you have an entry. The deadline for FP13 is now past as our first game is now on, FP14-16 will remain up for a little while longer but not for long - you are in the last chance salon!
