Well doctors appointment went great. She was very happy with weight loss and my numbers from last blood work. She was so happy that I dont have to have next blood work done until November and I dont have to have next dr appointment till December. Hoping to be down about 30 more pounds by then. And maybe we can talk about weaning me off some meds. That would be amazing. Good news today. Feeling pretty happy! And she said I could just start checking my blood 2 times a day. I am still gonna do 4 but it is nice knowing I could go to just twice a day.
