Well doing voice overs Gaiam studios was intense and lots of fun. 2 straight days of talking through 2 dvds, 14 short instructional videos, and 28 video intros to the shorts. We did it though and I am stoked for spring time to come around, where they will be released online, in Target, Walmart, and a bunch of other places :) Back in NYC for the next couple of months: AcroYoga workshop Nov 13th Yoga Vida NYC, and Handstand Nov 15th Pure Yoga New York Official Page would love to see you there!
