Well done Bedford another hard session tonight. Another good turnout (37) over the two sessions. It started off as a normal all over then took a few twists along the way. Great to see Vanessa and Barry, Dan and Caz from Ampthill who all worked extremely well, Caz the improvement on your press ups has been Amazing, perfect technique babe, well done and you Vanessa have performed so well over the past week 😊 good stuff babe keep it going. Good to see Kerrie back and telling me she should get an award for being the quietest CGF member as she tried to talk through the whole session 😁 Some amazing work today by some amazing people.
