Well done McLaren Vale! Sustainable Australia Winegrowing (SAW) is a sustainability assessment for wine growers in Australia. It was developed by the McLaren Vale Grape Wine and Tourism Association and is now available to all growers across the country. How decent are we to open this up to everyone!
