Well done every to everyone on the fitness testing and techniques class tonight, tough session but really worth while. Main learning was quality over quantity its better to do less of exercise while maintaining perfect form, than more with poor form. The flexibility session was to emphasis how important stretching is in our recovery. The class at the end was Blair Hutton idea so all complains made to him in person. Remember refuel, rehydrate and recover.
