Well-done to Bowling Green State University in Ohio for opening an all vegan dining section! This was in response to student demand. The vegan club helped to make this happen, as well as a signature campaign in which 2000 people signed a petition requesting vegan options on campus. The dining service department even asked a vegan student to join the advisory board! Forward-thinking schools with vision are going vegan!
