Well done to Cecelia Allen and Ellie Bromilow, you both got closest to Aggie’s tip for removing stale odours. Aggie says “Open the windows for as long as possible and sprinkle bicarbonate of soda over carpets and upholstery. Leave overnight and then vacuum in the morning. Wash all the paintwork with a mild sugar soap solution (from hardware shops) and a Spontex Microfibre Cloth. Also, use natural air freshener: rub a little lavender oil (from health shops) on light bulbs and the radiators.” Please DM us Cecelia Allen and Ellie Bromilow
