Bubbas Bootcamp Challenges run on 4week basis and are block booked 16 classes over the 4weeks . Three different groups run 6.30am, 9.30am & 6pm 4 days per week. Freelance Fitness can also travel to your location to train private groups, in the workplace or sports teams.. All clients of Freelance Fitness receive diet/ nutrition packs that help count towards those calorie targets, be it cutting them out or bulking them up for muscle gain!
