Well done to everyone who came tonight, we ran in the rain, it wasnt that cold.We did some exercises and core workout in between the running. This form of training allows for you cardio endurance to improve and we also strengthen our tummy muscles and upper bodies stamina, strength and endurance. Again well done and keep coming, you will see an improvement. Everyone have a great weekend and I will see you Monday 7.30pm at St. Peter and Pauls church car park.
