Well done to the men who made a sterling effort to get out to the blustery Met League today. Ill mention them all as we only just had 12 men, which is what you need to score without penalty for a team (non-existent runners score as though they finished at the back). And without points there is a very real risk of relegation in to a lower league. In the end, the transport was fine despite the central line outage. For the women we had three brave souls: Helen Croydon, Charlie Maling and Jo Singer who kindly stuck around in the cold and cheered us on afterwards.
