Well done to the runners today!! 4miles covered and not a stop! Excellent work and especially in that heat! WOW!! haha on to our last run next Sunday before the big Baxters 10km event! Keep positive and confident! My dynamic duo were also In the gym this morning. Session was * Hip and shoulder mobility * Snatch warm up with PVC pipe and 15kg bar. A1 - Overhead Squat x 3 A2 - Drop Snatch x 3 Repeat over 15 min cycle - Add load as form allows B1 - 3-Position Snatch - Build load as technique allows. Repeat over 15 mins Here is Jude impressing again with her 3 position snatch! She has so much power that it sometimes throws her back!!...great to have but also requires control.
