Well done tonight Southend crew! I will be adding some tougher boxing and kick boxing drills to the usual training over the next few weeks! ;-) next session will be great!! I will aim to teach proper technique too and you will become masters of kicking butts!! ;-) Boxing and kick boxing drills are an excellent toning, fat loss, core strengthening, power, speed, strength and endurance training method so lets get even harder!!!!
