Well during a drinkin forward fitness night out we decided to put another week of insanity/functional training on! Sooooo if your up for it let us know ASAP so we have rough idea of numbers and let us know if your doing mornings or evenings ! 6.45am-7.30am or 5pm-5.45pm If the times are no good for you our sessions will run as normal and the new 4 week timetable starts tomorrow so you can pay tomorrow and that will cover uou for 4 weeks or just pay as you come your choice Just coz its december doesnt mean you stop training - howayyyyyyy
