Well established wine farm in the Cape Winelands with a varied product base seeks a motivated and competent marketing assistant. Salary will be based on experience. Please apply if you meet the following criteria: • Young person with a tertiary diploma or some other form of qualification in wine making or wine marketing and a valid driver’s license. • Fully bilingual and strong in the English language. • Full computer literacy essential. • Knows Cape Town. • Work experience in wine tasting room/bar/restaurant as a student. • Operationally strong. Stock takes. Cash ups etc. • Can present wine tastings on the farm, wine shows and within the trade. • Great people’s person with a love for wine and ability to learn quickly and be flexible in high a pace, dynamic wine marketing and sales environment. • Focus on working in the wine tasting over weekends and season times. • Must be able to do specialised, exclusive wine tours on the farm with a small group of high end tourists, viewing game, waterfall, vineyards and cellar tours.
