Well, feeling that Spring is in the air I decided to cruise into the Alley for a couple pops...this, despite the fact my back was acting up and I was having difficulty walking. Well the bar was rocking and not spotting a stool, I turned to head out. A stranger seated at the bar with his wife, graciously offered me a seat and I accepted. We got to gabbing and discovered we both loved sauerkraut and horseradish. It turns out he makes his own and I said Id like to try it. The gentleman (I apologize for not remembering his name) says his goodbyes and takes off. About 15 minutes later he returns with a quart of Kraut and his horseradish for us to sample. Good Kraut...nice folks...always at Gasoline Alley!
