Well fellow Kansans, the time has come to vote and for those of us - TopicsExpress

Well fellow Kansans, the time has come to vote and for those of us who have been working on some of these campaigns its a very exciting (somewhat unnerving) time. Hopefully you have been paying attention to the candidates in your area, but if not, go do a bit of research and then go cast your vote! Or, if you want a completely biased opinion feel free to message me and Ill let you know as much as I can to help with that choice. :) There are some no-brainers though: Beverly Kastl Gossage (For KS Insurance Commissioner) Beverly is BY FAR the most qualified, most hard working of the candidates out there. Her knowledge of the industry and struggle to inform Kansans is inspiring. I am so impressed by her and her campaign staff (Mike Pirner and Greg A. Cromer just to name a couple) who really have proven what grassroots is all about! Patricia Lightner (For County Chair) This race is extremely important to those of us living in Johnson County. Ed Eilert and Ed Peterson have both voted recently to raise our property taxes, have made massive bundles with the King Louie purchase and with the Sheriffs Department. I know the fiscal responsibility and accountability she will bring to the office is just what our County needs to get back on the right track. Im honored to have been part of her campaign and know how hard shes been working to get that message out. Jason L. Osterhaus (For County Commission - 4th District) As one of the few voices of fiscal Conservatism we have on the BOCC (along with another great man Michael Ashcraft), it is extremely important to keep Jason where he is. He is a tireless worker in making sure that our taxes are low, and our County maintains a great quality of life. Please support him tonight! Its time, people, lets make our voices heard! See you at the polls!
