Well, finally got Daniel to clean his room (using Jeffs old one / my computer den as a sorting room for millions of plastic toys, and throwing out the high school papers -- Chinese puzzle in here, and thats not even for painting and reflooring, which also needs to be done!) Anyone see The Middle re-run last night on Hallmark Channel? Created more mess than they started with when the cops & neighbours thought theyd been broken into and they couldnt part with anything! Fb friends who have seen the Before picture of this room by private msg. know that this is a big improvement, though! New computer desk and Feng Shui bed arrangement (with Boca High Bobcat blanket and kissing Simba & My Little Pony) are to impress Ellen, but it turned out she admired the book cases (actually used for books!) even more -- home school books on the left under window and (not shown) 4 full size book cases on the right (to which they added Lion King toys: Scar knocking Mustafa off the top shelf!) Those are to be sorted next, then the closet (as well as Jeffs, with art projects -- 5 mo. after leaving home -- or theyre going on the lawn!) Heres the weather report from Florida (courtesy of radio ad for McDonalds iced tea): Its 97 degrees and 100% humidity! Good news is: Its supposed to rain today. Should cool us off. (Thunder rumbles, sound of tropical downpour.) Great! What do you want to do to cool off for the rest of the day? Lol, but its pretty (and am I ever glad I wasnt Photographer for the Memorial Day Street Party!) Here are the Royal Poinciana and Frangipani on our street though:
