Well finally got served my ex parte and my house is included on it as somewhere I cant be till this is settled. The real kicker is Kyle heidler is making sure Im not residing there during this time. And even better hes getting a supina to download my phone which gives him everything my phone has ever had on it included deleted history. So now I cant talk to my wife, cant talk to my kids, and cant stay at my house. And in about two hours hes gonna be coming with a warrant to take my phone. And trust me theres been some intimate pictures taken although deleted still accessible. Im willing to bow down and do anything my wife wants me to do to resolve this before it causes alot more problems than there needs to be for others as well. But If Im caught at home Im automatically breaking the ex parte and going to jail. Once again just so its clear, Im happily willing to accept any condition she feels nessesary to drop this thing asap taking away officer Heidlers chance to get his hands on my phone.
