Well folks Im going for my first decompression surgery on the 16th. Theyre going to be performing a newer procedure which isnt as invasive and less likely the chance of spinal fluid leak and or operational meningitis. Recovery time is approximately a week and a half to two weeks as opposed to 8 weeks and my stitches will be internal not external so I will not need to go back and have them removed. I will be posting pictures as they are taken. Well actually my mother will post pictures as I wont be able to so wish me luck and Ill be in touch with you guys to let you know how it went.
