Well folks, Im not ashamed to say it.... Hi, Im Henry and Im a fat fuk. The really cool thing is that there is now a lot less fat and more.... um. A few months ago I weighed 225-235 lbs. Kept on going up and down. When I finally got a good healthy living thing down, the weight started falling off. Friday I weighed 212 and today after work, 208. Right now after my P90X shit I weighed 206! I understand it is mostly due to water loss but nevertheless the fat is going away but most importantly, I feel great! Both physically and mentally clear!! I predict that by this Saturday I will weigh 200lbs. Havent been there in over 20 years!! It is not a goal mind you, it is a reality. put life in to living and do it with enthusiasm
