Well folks, here I go again, now it is Waterbury Superior Court on what is once again 3 staked up active charges. all breach of peace, all misdemeanor, all fabricated lies. The TPD issuing a ticket for breach of peace showed provable bias. First off, I will prove that I called dispatch last year within several minutes of my conversation with the person who alleges last year I breached his peace. The phone call would have been recorded around 5:30-6:30. The person making the complaint did not allege to call the police until 8:30, the police did not respond to arrest me, NOT interview me the way they had the complaintant until 10:30 and they arrested me with no warrant or probable cause or provable evidence, nothing but hearsay every time the police have assualted me, including twice in my own home!!! Yet, EVERY time somebody in Torrington calls the pollce against me, they immediately respond and I am the one who always gets arrested, warned, threatened, harrassed, falsely accused, demonized, etc. etc. based just on hearsay! I have called the city and state police numerous recorded times to ask to file formal complaints- harrassment, breach of peace, and much more serious and severe crimes against me, but the police IGNORE my calls and complaints!!! As the police have been called numerous times by the two neighbors to my south and north who obviously hate me and have a wicked vendetta against me, the police spend much time getting the full low down of these womens witness statements to be used against me. I have had one woman recently even tell me she wishes I were dead and they are both looking forward to the day they hope and pray I am incarcerated and permanately foreclosed on. When people see the pics of my vast healing energy gardens, with extensive 3 circle stone and perrenial labrynth, mandela, the firm beautiful foundation for my water fall feature, functioning now as a dry bed with all the elements in place. My entire home inside and out is a testimony to who I am. I reap what I sew and it is Love. I am trying with all my heart and soul to love my neighbors as I am told, God has to help me big time on this one, friends.
