Well, folks, it is the end of an era. Phils On Front is closing, and the last night open is tonight. A huge thank you to Phil and Aurora who have given me a weekly musical home for the past FIVE YEARS!!!!!!! The first time I ever sang in that window, I was pregnant with Gideon, my middle child. Wow. Thank you so much for supporting live music, Phil; thank you for all of the laughs and delicious food and friendship. It had really become quite a family in there Thursday nights for David Chown and I. And those Fridays and Saturdays with Allan Jankowski were always such incredible gigs too. We will miss it all very much. Best of luck, Phil!!! Enjoy your retirement.
