Well folks, its official, I am venturing off to a new, exciting work opportunity. I am finally approved through the DOE so it is with a heavy heart, but much excitement, that I share I will not be teaching yoga full time for this upcoming school year. I will be an art (and mindfulness!) teacher at for the DOE at a public school in the South Bronx. I am excited to bring my yoga and mindfulness work into the classroom, while also pursuing my other passion of art. I am winding down my studio schedule, and want to thank all of the studio owners, fellow teachers and my incredible students for all of the support and encouragement during this transition. I have only gratitude for you all, and very much look forward to seeing you in the studio as a student and for the occasional workshop! Please continue to follow Good Life Yoga for news on yoga, yoga in the classroom, and awesome community events through fantastic places like lululemon athletica Walt Whitman! I will be teaching beach yoga through the last week of August, and will maintain my Saturday 11am class at The Funky OM Yoga and Wellness throughout the year, so I hope to see many of your faces there! All other studio classes will be passed off to other outstanding teachers. Thank you for the love, advice and positive vibes! Looking forward to packing the yoga schedule again come next June.
