Well folks over on the CNO BS page of Robin McLain Smith, Kathy Griffin White made a post, and Robin Mayes made a funny, which is so true for many, long before CNO and there was no Cherokee Nation, we Cherokee that needed help had to ask the BIA, who was in charge of rights of the Cherokee to treaty rights from the old day that said long as the grass grows an the river flows Indians will be served...I think it should be so TODAY... And they had a major impediment to eligibility quite simply you had to be and Indian, and for many services it was set at 1/2 then later reduced to 1/4 and I think the 1/4 still holds for some services the Feds fund, and if this one does then it is federally funded and the rule is still the law!!
