Well folks , we are back, we got in 3 hours ago.... unloaded the trailer, emptied the tanks and actually parked it over in its place and now it sits. Anticipation for this past week, this time with family an friends was high. We arrived at the beach and watched other family members setting up camp, jockeying trailers and setting up there home for the next 8 days, tents, tables, chairs and canopies. Our 2 cords of wood arrived shortly soon after we got there and we were set. We seen friends from all over that we only see at this time and all were good and with one sad note, one of our favorite camp host AL had passed away. He was a fixture there and a very sweet man... up in age with lots of energy and love for his job and all the people. I even seen a few facebook people there which was very cool.I have lots a pictures I will post later... feeling tired and just need to process home. Leaving today was as always sad... saying our goodbys to those from far... and now memories of close ties with family... eating dinners together, cooking breakfast together and the happy hours each day... the camp fires at night. The weather as in the 80s in the day and 50s in the night, how more perfect could that be. Thanksgiving dinner was perfect... and we all were very thankful for one another another year doing what we love to do... all on all it was a win win week!
