Well for those of u interested in my ongoing layout revamp heres whats up today i finished the Ice plant and until yesterday it was gonna be an old falling apart structure sitting there like time forgot it...BUT!!! during the day i got to talking to some different modelers and kit bashers and met a gentleman that makes custom decals ..Sooo im turning now into a fully functional ive plant that sell ice to local stores restaurants etc...NOW i cant very well just slap some decals on it and call it done so im also having decals made for delivery trucks as welll...BUT that alone doesnt make it look functional..well after a few hours of research and asking the great internet god the same question over and over just rephrasing it i found a company that actually make giant refrigeration units in 2 sizes out of resin as well as all the necessary duct work and vents they also make the exhaust fans for the sides of the building...Now why and only Walthers can answer this 1 did the design a building that has not 1 point of entry some has to get inside to work right but alas no entry points what so ever..nor are there any doors to the ise platform to load trains like it was actually designed to do so ive ordered garage doors and entry doors for ppl..i made safety rails for around the plant so a cement mixer doesnt drive thru it or a local lol pictures will be about a week off cause im not posting any until its completed Thanks for reading..The The Kentucky Trainman
